Complaint handling

We are legally obliged to clearly state information about complaints handling on our website, we do not record this because we receive many complaints. If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately, we will do everything we can to find a solution together. If you still want to report a dispute, you can use the options below.

Report a dispute about SlabEnZo to WebwinkelKeur
The first step in a conflict with an affiliated member is to try to find a solution for the dispute with the webshop yourself. Do this by clearly reporting the complaint to the webshop, also indicating what you think the solution is.

Can't figure it out together? Then you can enable WebwinkelKeur. Go to the website https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/ and follow the procedure.

We will then apply independent mediation to find an appropriate solution.

Complaints handling via ODR platform of the European Commission
We are legally obliged to clearly state information about complaints handling on our website, we do not record this because we receive many complaints. As a consumer you are entitled to a sound product. A product must meet the expectations that you as a consumer may have of it. Isn't this the case? Then the product is defective. We recommend that you first make a complaint known to us by sending an email to [email protected]. We will do everything we can to find a solution together. However, if this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation with Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. If a solution is still not found, you have the option of having your complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur, the decision of which is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree with this binding decision. There are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this disputes committee, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
