Shipping

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours.
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track&Trace by email.
Unless the package goes through the letterbox.

After sending the Track&Trace, the shipping time is determined by PostNL or DHL. In general, the order is delivered the next day.

If products are not in stock, delivery of the order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time if the product is not in stock.

If for some reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated on our website do not include shipping costs.

€4,95 for orders under €39 in the Netherlands
Free for orders over €39.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post NL or DHL.
In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

In addition to delivery within the Netherlands, we can also deliver to other countries within the EU. The delivery time abroad varies per country and we cannot give an indication of this. We also ship these packages within 24 hours.

Belgium: free for orders over €100,-

For shipping to other countries you can find the rates on our website in the checkout. The costs for exchanges and returns are at your own expense.
